How to use
Dilution
Dilute at a percentage of 1% of the finished blend, typically 20 drops or 1ml of essential oil to 100ml of carrier oil. Do not use undiluted on the skin. You can use up to 3% dilution for use on your body or in the bath. Consult your doctor or midwife before using during pregnancy.
Massage
Use in a massage blend with a carrier oil, to enjoy the invigorating and rejuvenating powers of Rosemary Oil. We recommend Sweet Almond #215, Grapeseed #210 or Coconut Oil #203.
Skincare
Add a couple of drops to your cleanser, toner or moisturiser.
Hair Care
Add a couple of drops to your shampoo or try creating an intensive hair mask combining Organic Rosemary Essential Oil with a carrier oil. We recommend Extra Virgin Olive Oil #223 or Avocado #231.
Aromatherapy
Add a few drops to your diffuser or oil burner and immerse yourself in the calming yet uplifting aroma of Organic Rosemary Essential Oil.
DIY Beauty
Use as an ingredient in your homemade lotions, balm, creams and serums.
Green Cleaning
Add to 10 drops to 50ml of white vinegar in a spray bottle and use as a multipurpose air freshener and surface cleaner. Add to 20 drops or 1ml to 100ml of Organic Castile Soap #407 for an antibacterial hand wash/dish soap.
